Silver Lining Chapter 1Green uneasily showed his trainer card to the guard. He was a previous champion of the Elite Four, a gym leader of his own gym in Viridian; he had the credentials to be here, but he’d never been offered. It kind of sent of pang through his chest that his grandfather had thought his rival more worthy to know of Mt. Silver than himself. It was yet another action where Red unknowingly overshadowed him.
Green wasn’t here to think of his rivalry with him though; he tried to put those painful memories behind him. Red had called him out of the blue, and he hadn’t sounded like himself.
Closing the small distance between himself and the imposing door to the base of the mountain, he stepped out into a luscious wild area where it was clear few humans trespassed. The pokécenter was close to the cave’s opening, almost speaking of how direly it was needed when a trainer came running out of the cavern. It was in ill condition, much of the distinctive red paint rubbed of
Clipped Chapter 21Heavy gunfire lit up the air as the autobots found themselves surrounded by not only vehicons, but Dreadwing and Megatron as well. Starscream locked optics with Optimus Prime, and both knew the plan was on. Racing forward together, they left the group and headed straight for Megatron, who prepared a shot from his cannon at their approach.

The seeker could hear sounds of disbelief from his, dare he say friends, behind him and glanced back. All of their expressions held disbelief and anger, but Arcee caught his optics the most. She looked utterly broken and thoroughly fu
Of Snake Charmers and TreesThere are mathematicians
that calculate the gravitational
pull that tethers us to one another,
teasing sense out of the fabric
of Time and Space like
wizened snake charmers.
I thought them so horribly
unromantic, searching for
logic amidst wildflowers--
reasoning being reason enough
to put one foot in front
of the other each day.
True beauty lay printed
on petals and pages,
where I delved for pearls;
the patterns in the pathos
intriguing me into each
rising of the sun.
I do not remember when
it occurred to me that
without fractals there would
be no trees, nor without love
would people have any reason
to calculate the distances that
separate them from their muses.
